Refund policy

We sell digital products (downloadable workout programs and templates). Because these items are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase (including downloadable spreadsheets/templates), all sales are final once delivery/access has been provided.

No Returns / No Exchanges (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital products once purchased.

Refunds (Limited Exceptions)

We may issue a refund only in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate purchase (you were charged twice for the same product).

  2. Non-delivery / access failure (you did not receive access due to a technical issue on our side, and we cannot resolve it).

  3. Defective or corrupted file (the file is unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement).

  4. Wrong product delivered (we sent the incorrect file/link and cannot correct it promptly).

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind / no longer wanting the program

  • Lack of results (training outcomes depend on consistent effort, recovery, and individual factors)

  • User error (e.g., incorrect email entered at checkout) once we’ve delivered the correct file/link to the email provided

  • Incompatibility with your device/software where system requirements or file types were clearly disclosed

  • Product name

  • A short description of the issue (screenshots help)

EU/EEA/UK Customers — Digital Content Waiver

If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory “cooling-off” right for online purchases, but this right can be lost for digital content once performance begins if you consent and acknowledge this. By purchasing and/or downloading/accessing our digital products, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download/access begins.

(Note: this does not limit any rights you may have if the digital content is faulty or misdescribed under applicable law.)

If you have an issue, please contact us reminds first so we can fix it quickly. Consumer Protection BC also recommends working with the business first and reviewing the business’s posted policies.
