1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

2) Eligibility

3) Digital Products Only

We sell digital products (e.g., downloadable workout programs, templates, guides). No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated on a product page.

Delivery is typically made by download link and/or email access after checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to that email account.

4) No Returns; Refunds Only in Limited Cases

All digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Refunds, if any, are provided only in limited circumstances as described in our Refund Policy located at: /policies/refund-policy. (You should read it before purchasing.) Shopify provides standard policy page paths like /policies/terms-of-service and /policies/refund-policy.

5) License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or sublicense any part of the digital products

  • Post files (or screenshots that substitute for the files) in public or private groups, forums, torrents, or file-sharing sites

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

  • Use our content to build competing products or training libraries

We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

All content on the site and in the digital products (including text, programming structure, tables, graphics, branding, and downloadable files) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
